Production Details Approximately 20% of the fruit underwent cryomaceration during the first night after harvest, while the remainder was pressed; the fractions were then recombined for fermentation and approximately 12 months of maturation in stainless steel, followed by approximately two years in bottle before release. The 2.5-hectare Vho vineyard was planted in 2021. The 2019–2022 wines were non-commercial trials made from purchased fruit and are not additional releases of this wine. The 2023 growing season followed the prior year’s drought: abundant spring rain restored soil moisture, while a generally mild summer with isolated heat spikes allowed the vines to complete their cycle without reported stress.
Tasting Notes Exotic fruit, warmed peach, crushed stone and gentle spice; preserved lemon, lemon cream and herbs, with substantial weight
