Production Details Hand-picked fruit from a single vineyard was carefully selected and fermented in stainless steel, followed by 18 months in French oak. The product record reports sugar below 3 g/L and acidity of 5.6 g/L but does not identify the acidity’s acid-equivalent basis; these measurements are therefore retained here rather than inserted as exact residual-sugar or total-acidity canonical values.
Tasting Notes Ruby red; cherry, forest berries, herbs, roses, liquorice, mineral notes and integrated oak; rich and concentrated with acidity and length.
Food Pairing Beef, lamb or mutton, and large game.
