After malolactic fermentation and blending, the wine matured in wood, predominantly large barrels and partly barriques, until the end of spring 2025.
Tasting Notes Ruby red; marasca cherry, candied orange, vanilla, icing sugar, rose petal, mallow, licorice, cedarwood and caramel; rich, enveloping and balanced, with sweet, savory, silky tannins and a long, energetic, woody-toned finish.
