Production Details One 2015 trade source states that half the grapes were late-harvested at the end of October with noble rot and the remainder dried on the vine; the must underwent spontaneous fermentation in French-oak barrels, followed by at least 20 months in the same barrels and another 24 months in bottle. It describes 2015 as a high-quality late harvest and identifies a 500 mL bottle.
Tasting Notes Clear, bright golden yellow; a full, elegant bouquet with acacia-flower aromas; sweet, firm and aristocratic, with a strong core and long finish.
Food Pairing Foie gras, sharp cheeses and dry pastries; it may also be served as a meditation wine.
