Production Details Destemmed fruit from vines stated to be 50–70 years old underwent maceration in truncated-conical vats. The wine matured for 36 months in Slavonian-oak botti followed by 6 months in bottle. Viticulture is described as using no synthetic products, and the wine received only a light SO2 addition.

Production Details For the 2020 magnum listing, Nebbiolo fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in Slavonian-oak vats and rested for around three years in large Slavonian-oak casks. The 1.3-hectare Bussia holding comprised 3,000 m² of Dolcetto and otherwise Nebbiolo; plantings occurred in the 1940s, 1960s and 1980s, and this wine was selected from the upper part.
