Production Details Fermentation and skin maceration lasted approximately 15–20 days at 28–30 °C in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Part of the Merlot and Syrah must fermented at slightly lower temperatures to preserve varietal aromas. Malolactic fermentation took place partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel and finished by year-end. After Cabernet Sauvignon was blended with the other varieties, the wine returned to barriques for at least 6 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes Intense ruby red; raspberry, cherry, vanilla, tobacco and light cotton-candy notes; balanced, enveloping and fresh, with good persistence and a fruity finish.
