Production Details The Merlot was harvested manually and carefully selected in the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration lasted approximately 20 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with temperatures managed from approximately 25 °C to approximately 30 °C according to lot maturity. Separate lots completed malolactic fermentation in barriques by year-end; the selected lots were then blended and matured for a further 12 months in second-use barriques. The vineyards lie at 45–60 metres above sea level.
Tasting Notes Intense ruby red; cherry jam, myrtle leaves and cinnamon; harmonious, taut, elegant and balanced, with soft silky tannins, persistent fruit and a fruity aftertaste.
