After the first year in oak, selected lots were blended and returned to small barrels for another six months; bottling was followed by a further year of bottle maturation before release.

Production Details Grapes were hand-picked into small cases, sorted before and after destemming, gently pressed and vinified by individual parcel. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel at 25–30°C, with 15–20 days of skin contact and extraction by pumpovers and délestage according to parcel. After racking, the wines entered new oak barriques and completed malolactic fermentation by year-end. The selected lots were blended and bottled after 18 months in barrel, followed by ten months of bottle maturation before release.
