Production Details Bricco delle Viole MGA in the commune of Barolo rises from 400 to 480 metres; source parcels include vines planted in 1931, 1949 and 1968. The vineyards are sustainably and organically certified, with spontaneous cover crops. Fruit was manually sorted three times—on the vine, as whole clusters and as individual berries after destemming—then vinified with gentle punch-downs and pump-overs. After 49 days under submerged cap and spontaneous malolactic fermentation in stainless steel the following spring, the wine matured for 22 months in large 25- and 50-hectolitre Slavonian casks. Formats were 0.75, 1.5 and 3 litres. A supplemental exact-2022 trade-vendor listing recommends serving at 18–20°C and decanting for one hour.

Production Details Bricco delle Viole lies at 400–480 metres and includes vines planted in 1931, 1949 and 1968. Harvest occurred in mid-October. Fruit underwent three sorting passes, including individual-berry selection after destemming, followed by fermentation in custom-designed vertical tini and skin maceration of up to 51 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel the following spring. The finished-wine panel lists acidity as 5.74 g/L, but does not state the acid-equivalent basis, so it is not proposed as an unqualified total-acidity value.
Tasting Notes Violets, crushed flowers, dark red fruits, incense and balsamic tones; deep and silky palate with red fruit, blackcurrant, eucalyptus and a long mineral finish

Production Details Bricco delle Viole MGA in the commune of Barolo extends from 400 to 480 metres; the sheet notes vines planted in 1931 and certified-organic vineyards with spontaneous grass cover. Grapes were manually selected three times—on the vine, as whole clusters and berry by berry after destemming. Traditional vinification used vertical tini, punch-downs and gentle cap wetting, followed by 57 days under submerged cap and malolactic fermentation in steel the next spring. The wine matured for 28 months in large Slavonian casks, principally 25 and 50 hectolitres, and was released in 0.75- and 1.5-litre formats.
