Full malolactic fermentation and no fining were used. The wine aged 52 months before bottling in 30 hL, 10-year-old Slavonian oak barrels, followed by 6 months of bottle aging, and was bottled unfiltered. Finished-wine residual sugar was below 0.5 g/L and dry extract was 29.5 g/L.
Tasting Notes Elegant and restrained yet deep, with a relatively pale ruby color, concentrated aromas and flavors, and notable power and purity.
Food Pairing Flavorful grilled meats, refined layered dishes, or enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine.

Tasting Notes Powerful yet elegant; youthful, heady, spicy and intensely fruity, while taut, aristocratic and austere.
