Production Details WineExpert reports alcoholic fermentation for approximately two weeks in stainless steel at 26–32°C, with frequent délestage and daily pumpovers, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. It reports 12 months of maturation split among Slavonian casks, barriques and stainless steel and recommends serving at 18–20°C.
