Production Details The wine is hand harvested. The linked sheet further describes vineyard selection, about 8–10 days of skin contact at 24–26°C, a few months in stainless steel followed by a few months in oak casks, and vines no older than 45 years. Massanois's 2021 metadata conflicts with that sheet on harvest timing (mid-October versus first week of October) and fermentation vessel (oak casks versus stainless-steel vats).
