Production Details Maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled tanks for approximately 12 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, around 20% new and the remainder second-use, followed by a minimum of 9 months of aging and further bottle maturation. The vineyard is in Neive and covers 5.5 hectares. Available formats are 750 mL and magnum.
Tasting Notes Brilliant ruby red; ripe plum, rose petals and delicate white pepper on the nose; wild berries, violet and sweet spices on the palate, with soft yet defined tannins and a long, enveloping, persistent finish.
