2021 Technical Specifications
Region Barolo
Production Details Producer-wide 2021 vintage context: Nebbiolo picking began in the final days of September and peaked during the second week of October. The grapes were healthy, optimally mature and smaller-berried than in 2020. This is Nebbiolo-wide harvest context, not a harvest-date claim for this specific Barolo blend.

Production Details The 2020 specification describes Guyot training at 4,800 vines per hectare and a yield of 35 q/ha. Individual vineyards were vinified and matured separately; after 24 months in wood, the lots were assembled eight months before bottling. The page also reports total acidity as 5.4 and dry extract as 32.9 but supplies no units or analytical basis, so neither value is mapped to a canonical analytical field. Its recommended serving range is 18–20 °C.
Tasting Notes Garnet red; mixed woodland berries, lilac, wild rose, juniper, Darjeeling tea and oriental spices; broad palate with an acid-savoury spine and abundant but unobtrusive tannins.
Food Pairing Stewed meat, game, roasts and mature cheeses
