Production Details Hand harvested; the crushed grapes ferment below 30°C in stainless-steel tanks with 30 days of skin contact. The wine matures for 32–36 months in Slavonian-oak casks before bottling and is released only after at least nine years of total cellar maturation. Recommended serving temperature is 16–18°C.

Production Details Hand harvested with vineyard selection. The must remains with the skins for 30 days in stainless-steel vats, completing alcoholic fermentation, with temperature peaks up to 32°C; after separation, the wine ages and refines in oak casks. Old-vine fruit from Romirasco, Cicala and Colonnello is blended before fermentation, and the wine remains in the cellar for at least nine years before commercialization.
