Production Details Importer structured specification: each cru was fermented and macerated separately for about 20 days; each was then aged separately for 22 months in 40–75 hL Austrian- and Slavonian-oak casks. The crus were blended in spring, bottled at summer's end, and bottle-aged for at least six months. Bricco Chiesa and Capalot are stated at 200 m and Bricco Fiasco at 250 m.
