Production Details The grapes were destemmed and underwent 23 days of maceration in truncated-conical vats, with indigenous-yeast fermentation. The vines were 50–80 years old. Maturation comprised 36 months in Slavonian-oak botti followed by 6 months in bottle. The wine was neither fined nor filtered, received a light SO2 addition, and came from viticulture described as using no synthetic products.
