Production Details Hand harvested in October 2015. Fermentation with 4–5 days of skin contact took place in automated must tanks, followed by 24 months in French barriques. The sheet also reports acidity of 6 g/L without identifying the analytical acid basis, so it is not proposed as an unqualified total_acidity_gl value. The wine was not organically certified, although the sheet describes the farming practice as organic.
Tasting Notes Ripe dark fruit, spices, tobacco and a little licorice; warm and elegant on the palate, spicy, with mint-like freshness.
