Production Details The grapes were hand-picked at full maturity and selected on a cellar sorting table before extended maceration. The wine matured partially in 228 L first- and second-passage French-oak barriques and partially in neutral 50 hL Slavonian-oak casks for 60 months, followed by an additional five years in bottle before release. The sheet also reports “Acidity 6.27 g/L” but does not identify the analytical basis or acid equivalent, so it is not proposed as an unqualified total-acidity value.
