Production Details The grapes were destemmed and crushed, followed by 5–7 days of skin maceration at no more than 28°C. The wine was racked and completed alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before winter, then matured in stainless steel and was bottled the following spring. The Swedish importer specifies 6–7 months in stainless steel, sugar below 0.1 g/L, and a recommended serving range of 16–18°C.
Tasting Notes Ruby red with purple hues; blackberry, blueberry, plum and sweet-spice aromas; fresh, intense and persistent palate.
Food Pairing Pizza, charcuterie, aged cheeses, pasta, and meat dishes with herbs, mushrooms or truffles.
