Production Details After temperature-controlled skin maceration, the wine spent 15 months aging in oak barrels followed by one year of bottle maturation.
Tasting Notes Elegant and concentrated, with saline and balsamic notes, well-integrated acidity and alcohol, and balanced tannins that are neither overly bitter nor sweet.
Food Pairing Pigeon soup with black truffle; vegan pairing: polenta croutons with spicy hummus.
