Production Details Fruit came from Eastern Morainic Hills vineyards near Lake Garda at approximately 200 metres elevation, planted at 3,000 vines per hectare using pergola training. Grapes were destemmed and gently crushed; the must received brief skin maceration and cold stabilisation, then fermented at 26–30°C for 8–10 days with frequent pumping over. After malolactic conversion, the wine remained on its lees in stainless steel for three months before bottling.
