Production Details The 2020 was the first vintage produced. It is a vintage-dated Metodo Classico wine from Guyot-trained vines and was aged on its lees for 60 months (five years). Disgorgement is performed in small batches, with each lot's disgorgement date printed on its front label; the first disgorgement took place on 18 February 2026.
Tasting Notes Pale straw with greenish highlights; wildflowers, hawthorn, Scotch broom, acacia and subtle herbs; calcareous salinity, white pepper and Mediterranean herbs; smooth, harmonious and fresh, with a subtle umami finish.
