Production Details The 2023 fruit came from well-ventilated Egna hillsides at 250–300 m. Grapes were macerated for less than 24 hours; fermentation was interrupted by refrigeration and filtration, after which the young wine remained in steel tanks until bottling. The sheet also lists acidity as 6.18 g/L without identifying the analytical basis, so it is not treated as an unqualified total-acidity value.
