Production Details Grapes from vineyards at 220–250 m were carefully hand-harvested and gently destemmed, then fermented in open stainless-steel vats with gentle, infrequent cap submersion to limit tannin extraction. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine matured for 10–12 months in tonneaux, where malolactic fermentation occurred, followed by a few months in bottle. Recommended serving temperature is 16–18°C.
