Production Details Guyot-trained Pinot Bianco vines are situated at 400–800 m. Vinification is 70% in steel and 30% in barrique, followed by five months on the lees in steel and barrique. Recommended serving temperature is 10–12°C. The electronic label lists grapes and rectified concentrated grape must, states that the wine was packaged under protective atmosphere, and reports per 100 mL: 326 kJ, 1.3 g carbohydrate, sugars below 0.5 g, and 0 g each of fat, saturated fat, protein and salt.
Tasting Notes Bright straw yellow; Golden Delicious apple, pear, citrus, white flowers, bread crust and almond; fresh, savory and mineral, with a persistent finish.
