Production Details Steep, hand-picked vineyards range from warmer sites around 250 m to cool sites reaching up to 900 m. After careful crushing and pressing, the fresh must is statically clarified at low temperature and fermented at a controlled 20°C in stainless steel; the young wine then matures in stainless steel for several months on fine lees. The producer recommends serving at 12–14°C. The estate-wide 2025 vintage note says harvest began on August 27 and concluded just over a month later; this does not establish the picking dates for Pinot Bianco alone.
Tasting Notes Clear, bright straw yellow; fruity aromas, fresh apple and a touch of herbs; elegant mineral depth, lively acidity and a fresh finish.
Food Pairing Aperitif; light starters; light or full-bodied first courses; white meat; poultry.
