Region Alto Adige
Soil Light, Limestone-rich soils interwoven with sandy veins and porphyry rocks
Elevation 350.0 meters
Orientation West
Harvest Dates Late September
Fermentation Vessels Stainless-steel tanks
Production Details Grapes harvested in late September are laid on racks in a well-aerated room and dried for four months, losing approximately two-thirds of their weight and concentrating sugars, aromas, acidity and tannins. Fermentation proceeds slowly for six weeks; the high sugar concentration prevents complete fermentation, leaving the wine naturally sweet. It then matures on its lees in steel for approximately one year, followed by long bottle maturation. The producer recommends serving at 12–14°C and lists a 0.375 L format.
Tasting Notes Slightly amber-toned; dried apricot, candied fruit, rose petals, orange and caramel; concentrated and complex, with pronounced sweetness balanced by fresh acidity and an elegant, persistent finish.
Food Pairing Various desserts, foie gras and blue cheeses

Production Details Grapes picked in late September are dried for four months in an aerated area, losing about two-thirds of their original weight. The concentrated dried grapes are pressed in December, followed by six weeks of fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. High sugar levels prevent fermentation from completing, leaving natural residual sugar. The wine then matures on its lees in steel for almost one year, followed by long bottle maturation. Released in a 0.375 L bottle.
Tasting Notes Golden yellow with slight amber glints; dried apricots, candied fruits, rose flowers, orange and caramel; highly concentrated, juicy and complex, balancing inviting sweetness with refreshing acidity.
