Production Details The 2019 release was presented with a higher proportion of Corvina, intended to provide greater fruit richness, cherry character and softness. A contemporaneous product description says that only its Corvina component underwent appassimento.
Tasting Notes Lively, bright ripe fruit and sweetly spiced cherries; full-bodied palate with soft, pervasive tannins, balanced acidity and a spicy finish.
