Production Details The grapes were hand-harvested from selected vineyard plots and the wine matured for approximately 20 months in French-oak barrels. The winery-attributed release description says the wine gains another dimension eight years after the vintage and can continue ageing for many years if properly stored.
Tasting Notes Winery description: deep crimson; concentrated, complex bouquet; red and black berries, spices, soft but perceptible tannins; balanced, smooth and velvety, with a long clean finish.
