Production Details The 4 ha vineyard was planted at 7,000 vines/ha and worked by hand and horse. Following barrel fermentation, the wine spent nine months in oak—five months with weekly lees stirring followed by four months resting—then six months in stainless-steel and oak vats. It was bottled in February 2023. The producer also describes the release as spending two years ageing. The narrative calls the vines more than 60 years old, while the technical table gives an average age of 60 years.
