Production Details IronWitch is a fortified liqueur wine made in a Ruby-style Port manner from Merlot and Teran. At the February 2020 producer appearance, the reported release blended Grimalda base wine from the 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014 harvests and was fortified with the producer's own grape-marc distillate; its sugar was described as approximately 75 g/L. A 2017 bottle review reports that the constituent wines spent several years in wooden barrels before blending.
