Production Details This négoce cuvée comes from sourced Chardonnay grown in an area whose classification was changed from Petit Chablis to IGP Yonne. After direct pressing, the wine received a short maturation in stainless-steel tanks and was bottled in February 2026. It was intended as an early-release, fresh white for drinking young.
