Production Details A one-off cuvée created because 2021 yields were too low to bottle the component vineyards separately. La Romanée and Tête du Clos were picked and pressed together, as were Meursault Perrières and Chevalier-Montrachet; the musts were then blended and fermented. Fermentation was natural, without additions or bâtonnage. Élevage comprised 12 months in used barrel followed by 7–8 months in stainless steel. Published output is conflicting: the importer’s wine-specific copy says one barrel, while the reproduced Wine Advocate account and specialist vendors say just under three barrels; production quantity should therefore remain unresolved.
Tasting Notes Pear, toasted nuts, dried white flowers, confit orange and a light reductive note; full-bodied, ample, layered, concentrated and racy.
