Production Details Grapes were harvested manually and underwent gentle pressing, complete alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The wine was matured on fine lees through winter and spring until its 7 March 2024 bottling. Finished-wine residual sugar was reported as below 1 g/L.
