Production Details Grapes from selected high-altitude vineyard plots were hand harvested. Winemaking used minimal intervention, no added yeast, a long cold natural fermentation and little sulfur before bottling. The wine matured on its lees for 12 months in stainless steel; a small proportion of the 2017 harvest was placed in neutral 500-L French-oak and acacia barrels for complexity.
Tasting Notes Bright and pale; citrus and nettle aromas; clean, fleshy and mineral palate with peppery notes, fresh acidity and a powerful flinty finish.
