Recommended serving temperature is 7–9°C.

Production Details The producer's contemporaneous harvest report scheduled the Esteban Viognier grapes from the Combe Pilate estate for picking on 9 September 2019; the measured grape acidity was described as promising for a sparkling wine intended for ageing. This is grape/harvest context, not a finished-wine acidity measurement or confirmation that the entire harvest occurred on that date.
