Production Details Importer-derived specification: organically farmed, hand-harvested whole clusters were co-macerated for 4 days before pressing; spontaneous co-fermentation was followed by pressing and racking to fiberglass for aging. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added SO2. Zuiver's 2025 report adds that the Syrah plots yielded barely 10 hL/ha, preserving that qualified plot-specific observation rather than converting it to an exact whole-wine yield.
