Production Details Marie-Cécile 2023 was vinified and matured in used barrels and dynamised according to lunar cycles. The masterclass account describes dynamisation as lees stirring three or four times per month, followed by an unstirred final month, and says this vintage was bottled in the spring following harvest. The producer identifies a two-hectare Sémillon parcel with vines averaging more than 70 years old. Its finished-wine analysis records volatile acidity of 0.82 g/L and both free and total sulphur as non-detectable.
Tasting Notes Lightly tinted golden robe; harmonious nose with white flowers; subtle springlike aromas; fresh finish with pear and white peach.
