Production Details Limited 1.5 L Magnum edition, stated by the producer to have the same characteristics as the 0.75 L release. The 100% Merlot rosé was separated for vinification a few hours after vatting, aged for 6–10 months without added sulphur, and regularly dynamized according to the family's lunar calendar. The bilingual producer sheets conflict on total SO2: the French sheet reports free SO2 non-detectable and total SO2 13 mg/L, while the English sheet reports both as non-detectable; no canonical sulfites_ppm value is therefore proposed.
Tasting Notes Deep ruby colour; freshness and intensity with peony and red-fruit aromas; aromatic complexity and a notably long finish.

Production Details Saignée rosé from a Merlot vat: juice was removed and vinified separately 2–4 hours after vatting, then dynamized. Free and total sulphur dioxide were both reported as non-quantifiable.
Tasting Notes Clear, glossy, delicate pink with orange tints; rose petal and pomegranate aromas; generous, tangy palate with strawberry and wild strawberry; long, mellow finish.
