Production Details The Altesse vines were planted in 2013. The producer lists a yield of 20 hL but does not state that this is a per-hectare figure. The grapes were late-harvested and hand-picked, gently pressed, and fermented at 16°C in 500 L demi-muids. Élevage lasted 8 months in the demi-muids; the wine was lightly filtered on white earth. The source reports sulfur below 30 mg/L without specifying its analytical basis, and says bottles were rinsed before filling.
