Production Details Vines were 10–100 years old. Grapes were harvested manually with successive selections. Alcoholic fermentation could last up to six months; malolactic fermentation was not sought. The wine matured for 6–8 months on full lees in 620 L demi-muids. Recommended serving temperature was 11–12°C. Alliance Wine additionally specifies that 100% of the wine was handled in French oak with no new oak.
