Production Details The plots are farmed biodynamically with soil-conservation practices. Grapes were hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts in 600 L demi-muids, and matured on fine lees. Malolactic fermentation was not systematically sought, and the source does not establish whether it occurred in the 2024 lots.
