Production Details Biodynamic collaboration with David Reynaud using low-yield fruit from well-drained Crozes-Hermitage terraces; vinified by Domaine de l’Écu and matured in amphora for one year. The distributor table also records residual-sugar and acidity figures of 0.6 and 5.3 respectively, but supplies neither units nor the acidity reference basis, so these are not normalized as residual_sugar_gl or total_acidity_gl.
