Production Details The importer reports lees maturation in amphora and barrel for 12 plus 12 months, no additives and no filtration. Its table also reports RS 0.5 and acidity 5.6, but does not print measurement units or the analytical basis for acidity; those figures are therefore retained contextually rather than treated as canonical residual-sugar or total-acidity values.
Tasting Notes Round, rich and full, with yellow-flower and nut-butter fruit character
