Indigenous Yeast Yes
Production Details Biodynamic natural white wine, fermented with l’Ecu’s indigenous yeast strain and matured in amphora for 20 months. The importer table also reports residual sweetness 0.6 and acidity 6.1, but supplies neither units nor the acidity basis; those figures are therefore retained only as contextual observations. The vintage-specific 20-month maturation is longer than the current producer page’s generic 15–18-month range, which explicitly varies by vintage.
