Production Details Historical 2019-based non-vintage release: fruit came from four hectares beside the Rhône at the edge of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. Vines were trained Cordon de Royat and gobelet; harvesting was manual; grapes were crushed and destemmed; cuvaison lasted approximately 20 days. Average yield was 30–35 hl/ha. Part of the wine—described elsewhere in the same technical section as one-third—matured in foudre for 12 months. Bottling occurred at the end of January. The blend comprised two-thirds 2019 production and one-third of the previous year's blend, which had spent one year in wood.
Tasting Notes Good maturity and structure, balanced acidity, small red fruits, cherry and blackcurrant; fruity, concentrated and well structured.
