Production Details Made from a young vineyard, specified as vines 5–10 years old in the English sheet. The organically and biodynamically farmed vines receive no herbicide or synthetic chemical treatments; soils are ploughed and vines are trained on three wires. Grapes are harvested manually as whole bunches. The wine undergoes one month of skin maceration in 700 L ovoid terracotta tanks, then matures in those same tanks without added SO2.
Certifications Ecocert; Biodyvin
Tasting Notes Finely wild and dynamically rich; citrus, dried flowers and white peach, with freshness, soft subtle tannins and a saline finish
