Production Details The sheltered Wineck-Schlossberg site is warmer in summer and protected from wind. The 2023 wine took a long time to finish fermentation but reached a dry final balance. The producer's sweetness index is 1.
Tasting Notes January 2025 producer note: bright pale yellow; intense but reserved aromas of ripe citrus, spices and medicinal plants such as yarrow; smooth, juicy, salivating and precise palate with fine ripe acidity, verticality and a long delicate finish.

Production Details The source parcel comprises 1 hectare of Wineck-Schlossberg added to the domaine in 2021. In 2022 the vines were in their second year of organic and biodynamic conversion. A mid-August hailstorm removed more than half the grapes. The remaining crop fermented relatively quickly, and the wine was dry well before summer 2023. The producer's sweetness index is 1.
Tasting Notes January 2024 producer note: intense pale yellow-gold; expressive wet-stone, petrichor, mineral and persistent white-fruit aromas; taut, crystalline palate with a dry finish, ripe acidity, salinity and complex tannins.
