Fermentation Vessels 350 L barrels
Production Details For the 2022 release, the grapes were crushed and cooled and the wine was made in 350 L barrels. Solids were not settled out and the wine received no lees stirring. Fermentation was early and rapid, followed by malolactic fermentation completed by Christmas; the reds were racked before the following harvest.
Tasting Notes Perfumed; spice, cherry, rose, violet and mineral notes; rounded red and black fruit, game and integrated acidity; chewy dry tannin, savoury spice and woodland herbs.
